Background:
JDD Vase Prints use traditional vase style and vintage fashion and lifetstye images from the early 1900s by famous illustrators. JDD Vase Prints are created by Jean Gabrael Studio.
The Journal des Dames et des Modes {"JDD") lasted only two years from 1912 to 1914. The periodical was issued regularly and ceased publication upon the First World War. It was noted for sophistication, society commentary, poetic texts, colourful annotations, and its pochoir fashion prints with illustrations by George Barbier, Henri Duvernois, Marcel Boulenger, Paul Margueritte, George Lepape, Jean Cocteau, and many others.
